In all cases, the methods and techniques used serve exclusively the rightful interests and objectives of the parties in conflict, without imposing a solution concerning the mediated conflict.

We provide special attention to each detail and the confidentiality of all and any information communicated during the mediation procedures.

In case the mediated conflict entails difficult or legally controversial issues, with the parties consent, we can request for a specialized analysis in accordance with the respective applicable field of interest, in observance of all confidentiality obligations provided by the applicable legal framework and/or imposed by the parties.
